WOD 2A.

OHS 95/65 scaled 65/35
Wall holds.
As one partner completes the OHS the other will wall hold. Then swap. Laddering all the way up to 10. OHS can't be commenced until partner is in the wall hold position. Rep will not count if partner comes out of the wall hold. Both partners complete all reps, 1,1,2,2…….9,9,10,10
